Corner Window / Glazing on Designer Pro

Question

I am having difficulties with creating basic corner windows/glazing.The program will not allow me to join up corner windows (by default I presume) as it impedes the joining of the glazing by corner walls.

You need to set a default setting in the Plan Defaults dialogue box to allow windows to meet at a corner.

Use Edit > Default Settings > Plan > Edit and check "Ignore Casing for Opening resize"

Then when you insert the opening be sure your cursor is hard into or past the corner of the wall.

You can select what type of window you want ( I used a Passthru) and then to remove the frame of the window from the 3D perspective view (temporarily only) I use “Delete surface” command.
